ContactGrabber® - Word Templates

You'll find templates for sample letters, business letters and faxes here. They are free for download and use. You can use them for serial letters also. Just link them with a database (an excel sheet like below for example).

If you use these templates in conjunction with ContactGrabber, you can grab addresses direct from e-mail signatures, websites or an impressum into word documents or collect them in a database (excel for example) for generating a serial letter.

ContactGrabber analyses the given data and fills it in the correspondending fields of your word document. If you fill your personal data into ContactGrabber also, this data can be used in these documents too.
